Artists Bio

I was born in Weymouth England and immigrated with my parents, brother and two sisters, to Montreal Canada in 1966.

My wife and I now live in a log home which we built together, from trees cut on our own land. Enjoying the outdoors; camping, canoeing, or hiking, has always been a part of my life, which I share and enjoy with my family.

I am a self taught artist, have always sketched, painted, carved wood or taken photographs, loves that are shared with my wife Debbie. We also share a love of travel, and this is where much inspiration is gained for paintings, whether done on location or in the studio using photos as reference.

My wife Debbie is an amazing artist who paints original works of art on a  variety of things including Christmas tree balls.

Please check her page for a few of the decorations she has available.

Algonquin Park, approximately three hours drive from where we live, is one of my favourite places to relax. When I paddle into the interior to camp, sketching and photography are always a part of the experience.
